Floor Rear Air Outlet Duct Replacement - Left Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the I/P assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement).




2. Remove the air outlet duct retaining screws.
3. Disconnect the air outlet duct from the HVAC module.
4. Remove the air outlet duct.

Installation Procedure




1. Install the air outlet duct.
2. Connect the air outlet duct to the HVAC module.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

3. Install the air outlet duct retaining screws.

Tighten the screws to 1.6 Nm (14 lb in).

4. Install the I/P assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement (Instrument Panel Assembly Replacement).
