Roof Lift Off Panel/Window Rear Striker Replacement

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the roof bow center interior trim panel. Refer to Rear Roof Bow Trim Panel Replacement (Rear Roof Bow Trim Panel Replacement).




2. Mark the location of the striker.
3. Remove the bolts attaching the striker.
4. Remove the striker.

Installation Procedure




1. Position the striker to the marks made before removal.

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution (Fastener Caution).

2. Install the striker attaching bolts.

Tighten the roof rear latch striker bolts to 10 Nm (89 lb in).

3. Install the roof bow center interior trim panel. Refer to Rear Roof Bow Trim Panel Replacement (Rear Roof Bow Trim Panel Replacement).
