Exhaust Tail Pipe Flow Valve Vacuum Pipe Replacement - Valve Solenoid to Control Valves

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the rear fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement .

2. Remove the flow control solenoid valve shield.

3. Remove the vacuum line from the clip on the rear bumper beam.

4. Disconnect the vacuum line fitting (2) from the flow control valve solenoid.

5. Disconnect the vacuum line fittings from the flow control valves.

6. Remove the vacuum line from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the vacuum line to the vehicle.

2. Connect the vacuum line fittings to the flow control valves.

3. Connect the vacuum line fitting (2) to the flow control solenoid.

4. Install the vacuum line to the clip on the bumper beam.

5. Install the flow control solenoid shield.

6. Install the rear fascia. Refer to Rear Bumper Fascia Replacement .
