Relearn Sunroof and Affix a Blank Sticker on Owner's Manual
Dear Chevrolet Owner,
With this letter, we would like to inform you of our decision to implement a Customer Satisfaction Recall for certain MY 2011 - 2012 Chevrolet CRUZE vehicles equipped with sunroof.
Chevrolet has detected a possibility that sunroof anti-pinch function might be disabled unintentionally if relearning of the anti-pinch function is not done correctly.
According to our records, you own a vehicle which is subject to this Field Action. We hereby request you to visit your dealer to have your vehicle immediately inspected. Your dealer will inspect sunroof safety function and affix a blank sticker to remove the unclear instruction on owner's manual.
Please contact your dealer to schedule an appointment for this Recall. Service instructions have already been sent to your dealer and this service can be completed in less than 30 minutes. If your dealer has a number of vehicles awaiting service, there may be additional time required.
