Removal Procedure

Warning:

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle Service and Repair.

2. Remove the wheel and tire assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (South America) Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (South America)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Europe) Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Europe).





3. Remove the rear wheel bearing and hub assembly (1). Refer to Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (GNC) Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (GNC).





4. Remove the rear brake shield (1).

Installation Procedure





1. Install the rear brake shield (1).





2. Install the rear wheel bearing and hub assembly (1). Refer to Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (GNC) Rear Wheel Bearing and Hub Replacement (GNC).

3. Install the wheel and tire assembly. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (South America) Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (South America)Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Europe) Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation (Europe).
