Radiator Support Bracket Replacement (V6)

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement Front Bumper Fascia Replacement





2. Remove the powering steering cooler pipe bracket bolt (1) and nut (2).

3. Remove the powerer steering cooler pipe bracket (3).

4. Support the radiator.





5. Remove the radiator support bracket bolts (1).

6. Remove the radiator support bracket (2).

Installation Procedure





Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

1. Install the radiator support bracket (2).

2. Install the radiator support bracket bolts (1) and tighten to 25 Nm (18 lb ft)





3. Install the powerer steering cooler pipe bracket (3).

4. Install the powering steering cooler pipe bracket bolt (1) and nut (2) and tighten to 9 Nm (6 lb ft).

5. install the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement Front Bumper Fascia Replacement
