Exhaust Manifold Installation (LDE, LED, LFJ, LXV, 2H0, LUW, LFH)





1. Clean the exhaust manifold sealing surface.

2. Install a NEW exhaust manifold gasket (1) to the cylinder head.

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

Caution:
Refer to Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution Torque-to-Yield Fastener Caution.

3. Install the exhaust manifold (3) and tighten the NEW nuts (4) to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).

4. Install the 2 exhaust manifold bracket bolts (2) to 20 Nm (15 lb ft).
