Clutch Actuator Cylinder Installation

Special Tools

DT-6157 - Assembly Sleeve

For equivalent regional tools, refer to Special Tools Tools and Equipment

1. Clean the clutch actuator cylinder threads.





2. Install a NEW clutch actuator cylinder seal (3).





3. Install DT-6157 - assembly sleeve (2) during the installation procedure to avoid damage of the seal ring (arrow) and remove after the procedure.

4. Install the clutch actuator cylinder (1).





Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

5. Install the 3 clutch actuator cylinder bolts (1) and tighten to 5 Nm (44 lb in).
