Clutch Actuator Cylinder Pipe Installation





1. Install a NEW retainer (1).





Note:
Check the seal rings for cracks and damage. Replace if necessary.

2. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe (3) carefully to the retainer (2) till it audible engage.

3. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe (3) to the clutch actuator cylinder (1).





4. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe elbow (1) to the clutch actuator cylinder pipe till it audible engage.





Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

5. Install the clutch actuator cylinder pipe nut (1) and tighten to 14 Nm (124 lb in).
