Folding Top Stowage Compartment Extension Outer Panel Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Open the folding top stowage compartment lid.

2. Place folding top number 1 and 5 bows in the up position.

3. Remove the screws attaching the top of the extension panel (1).

4. Remove the panel (2) upward from the bracket.

Installation Procedure





1. Position the extension panel to the bracket with the latch manual release cable extending out from under the panel.

Caution:
Refer to Fastener Caution Fastener Caution.

2. Install the bolts (1) attaching the extension panel (2) to the bracket and tighten to 4 Nm (35 lb in).

3. Close the folding top stowage compartment lid.
