Removal

Axle And Hub Components:

1. Raise and support vehicle.
2. Remove caliper. See Brake Caliper.

Axle Shaft Removal And Installation:

3. Remove axle shaft and axle shaft gasket (if used) or clean off RTV sealer.
4. Bend tang of lock washer away from the outer lock nut and remove the outer lock nut, lock washer and inner adjustment nut.
5. Pull hub and disc straight off axle housing.
