Engine Front Cover Replacement (On-Vehicle)

1. Disconnect battery ground cable.
2. Remove torsional damper.
3. Remove water pump, then the upper radiator hose.
4. Remove oil pan.
5. Remove A/C compressor and position aside.
6. Remove right side engine accessory bracket.
7. Remove front cover attaching bolts and reinforcements.
8. Remove front cover.
9. Reverse procedure to install, tightening cover bolts to specification.
