Troubleshooting Hints
1. Check the IG-COIL METER and the STOP-HORN Fuses.2. Check the F1 Fuse.
3. Check that grounds G200 and G202 are clean and tight.
4. Visually inspect the Cruise Control wiring, mechanical linkage, and components for damage.
5. Always check and repair any Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) first before attempting to troubleshoot the Cruise Control System.
6. Verify that the Speedometer and Vehicle Speed Sensor are functioning correctly.
7. Check for an open or shorted filament within the inoperative bulb.
8. An intermittent failure may be caused by a poor connection, rubbed through wire insulation or a wire broken inside the insulation. Inspect the harness connectors for backed out terminals, improper mating, broken locks, improperly formed or damaged terminals and for poor terminal-to-wire connections before any component replacement.
