Seat Adjuster Replacement - Front (Power)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE



1. Remove the front seat from the vehicle.
2. Remove the seat trim panel.
3. Remove the seat cushion frame from the seat adjuster.
4. Remove the seat back frame from the seat adjuster.
5. Remove the seat back hinge/recliner mechanism.
6. Remove the seat adjustor track cover.




7. Remove the inboard seat belt buckle and nut (1).
8. Remove the memory module, if equipped.
9. Remove the seat adjuster from the vehicle.
10. Disconnect and replace the motors, if needed.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE



1. Install the memory module, it equipped.
2. Install the inboard seat belt buckle and nut (1).

Connect the electrical connection (2).

Tighten
Tighten the seat belt buckle nut to 53 N.m (39 lb ft).

3. Install the seat adjustor track cover.
4. Install the seat back hinge/recliner mechanism.
5. Install the seat back frame to the seat adjuster.
6. Install the seat cushion frame to the seat adjuster.




7. Install the seat trim panel.
8. Install the seat in the vehicle.
