Stoplamps
Voltage is available at all times through the STOP/HAZ fuse to the torque converter clutch (TCC)/stoplamp switch. With the depression of the brake pedal, the contacts in the TCC/stoplamp switch close. Voltage is available from the stoplamp relay on pickups, or the TCC/stoplamp switch on all of the other vehicles, through the turn/hazard switch to the left stoplamp, the right stoplamp, and the stoplamp lights. If a turn signal is in operation, the stoplamp on that side flashes as a turn signal. The other stoplamp serves as a stoplamp.
