56. Intake Manifold Installation

1. Install the new intake manifold gasket to the cylinder head.
2. Install the intake manifold to the cylinder head.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the intake manifold mounting bolts and nuts to 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).





3. Install the intake manifold support bracket (2).
4. Install the intake manifold support bracket bolts.
Tighten the intake manifold support bracket bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
