Folding Top Roof Bow Replacement (Front)

Removal Procedure





1. Push in the folding top latch buttons (2).
2. Pull the latch (1) back.
3. Unhook the latch (1) from the folding top #1 bow.
4. Lift the folding top #1 bow.




5. Unsnap the snaps (1) which secure the front folding top material (3) to the folding top #1 bow (4).




6. Unsnap the snap (3) which secures each tension strap (1).
7. Pull the straps (1) out of the plastic loops (2).




8. Remove the 2 screws (2) which secure each side of the folding top #1 bow (1).
9. Remove the folding top #1 bow (1) from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the folding top #1 bow (1) to the vehicle. Secure the bow with the 2 screws (2) at each side.




2. Pull the tension straps (1) through the plastic loops (2). Secure each strap by snapping the snap (3).




3. Snap the folding top material (3) to the folding top #1 bow (4).
4. Move the folding top #1 bow (4) forward.




5. Hook the folding top #1 bow to the folding top latches (1).
6. Push the latches (1) down until the latches click into place.
