57. Intake Manifold Installation

1. Install the new intake manifold gasket to the cylinder head.
2. Install the intake manifold to the cylinder head.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

^ Tighten the intake manifold mounting bolts and nuts to 23 Nm (17 ft. lbs.).





3. Install the intake manifold support bracket (2).
4. Install the intake manifold support bracket bolts.
^ Tighten the intake manifold support bracket bolts to 50 Nm (37 ft. lbs.).
