KEYLESS ENTRY ANTENNA REPLACEMENT

REMOVAL PROCEDURE




1. Remove the instrument panel cluster trim plate. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - IP Cluster in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Warning Indicators. Instrument Cluster Trim Panel Replacement
2. Remove the instrument panel cluster.
3. Disconnect the remote keyless entry antenna (1) from the receiver (2).




4. Remove the remote keyless entry antenna (1) from the carrier.
5. Remove the remote keyless entry antenna from the vehicle.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the remote keyless entry antenna to the vehicle.
2. Install the remote keyless entry antenna (1) to the carrier.




3. Connect the remote keyless entry antenna (1) to the receiver (2).
4. Install the instrument panel cluster.
5. Install the instrument panel cluster trim plate.
6. Reprogram the transmitter. Refer to Transmitter Programming. Transmitter Programming
7. Verify that the system operates properly.
