Recirculation Door Replacement

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

CAUTION: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in Service Precautions.




1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the HVAC module. Refer to Heater/Vent Module Replacement.
3. Disconnect the air inlet actuator electrical connection (1).




4. Remove the air inlet actuator mounting screws.




5. Remove the air inlet actuator. Refer to Recirculation Actuator Replacement.
6. Remove the air inlet door.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the air inlet door.
2. Install the air inlet actuator. Refer to Recirculation Actuator Replacement.




3. Install the air inlet actuator mounting screws.




4. Connect the air inlet actuator electrical connection (1).
5. Install the HVAC module. Refer to Heater/Vent Module Replacement.
6. Connect the negative battery cable.
