Transmission Intermediate Case Assemble

^ Tools Required
- J 8092 Driving Handle
- J 25070 Heat Gun
- J 44741 Shift Rail Bearing Installer
- J 44745 Countershaft Bearing Race Installer
- J 44746 Mainshaft and Input Shaft Bearing Race Installer

1. Heat the intermediate case using the J 25070 for 10 to 15 minutes.





2. Install the countershaft bearing race in the intermediate case using the J 8092 (1) and the J 44745 (2).





3. Install the main shaft intermediate bearing race in the intermediate case using the J 8092 (1) and the J 44746 (2).





4. Install the shift rail bearing in the intermediate case using the J 8092 (1) and the J 44741 (2).
