Stoplamp Switch Replacement

Removal Procedure





1. Remove the pushrod retainer from the brake pedal pin.





2. Remove the stoplamp switch and the pushrod from the brake pedal pin.





3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the stoplamp switch.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the electrical connector to the stoplamp switch.





2. Install the stoplamp switch and the pushrod to the brake pedal pin.





3. Install the pushrod retainer on the brake pedal pin. The retainer will snap into place.
