Luggage Carrier Cross Rail Replacement (Early style)

Removal Procedure





1. Turn the screw cover lock (1) to the unlocked position and lower the luggage carrier crossrail cover (2) on each side of the crossrail.




2. Turn the screw (1) counterclockwise on each side of the luggage carrier crossrail (2) in order to loosen the crossrail.




3. Remove the luggage carrier crossrails (1) from the luggage carrier side rails (2).



Installation Procedure





1. Install the luggage carrier crossrails (1) to the luggage carrier side rails (2).




2. Turn the screw (1) clockwise on each side of the luggage carrier crossrail (3) in order to tighten the crossrail.
3. Close the luggage carrier crossrail cover (2) on each side and retain by turning the screw cover lock to the locked position.
