Auxiliary Springs Replacement

Removal Procedure
1. Raise the vehicle. Refer to Vehicle Lifting. Support the vehicle with suitable safety stands.





2. Use a flat bladed tool in order to pry out the auxiliary spring (2) from the frame (1).
3. Remove the auxiliary spring from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure





1. Install the auxiliary spring (2) to the frame by pushing upward and twisting the spring into the frame cup.
2. Ensure that the auxiliary spring is properly secured.
3. Remove the safety stands.
4. Lower the vehicle.
