Crankshaft Balancer Installation

Tools Required
* J44643 Flywheel Hold Tool





1. Lightly lubricate the crankshaft balancer internal hub with engine oil.
2. Install the crankshaft balancer to the crankshaft.
3. Lightly lubricate the crankshaft balance' bolt with engine oil.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service and Precautions.

4. Install the crankshaft balancer bolt and washer.
Tighten the bolt to 353 Nm (260 ft. lbs.).
5. Remove the J44643.
