Seat Back Cover and Pad Replacement (With RPO Code YC5 and YC6)

SEAT BACK COVER AND PAD REPLACEMENT (WITH RPO CODE YC5 AND YC6)

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the bucket seat from the vehicle.
2. Remove the armrests.
3. Disconnect the J-hook fasteners at the bottom corners of the seat back.




4. Remove the seat back cover and pad from the seat back frame.




5. Remove the hog rings that retain the seat back cover to the pad.

IMPORTANT: Note the locations of the hog rings. This will assist with reassembly.




6. Remove the seat back cover from the pad.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the seat back cover to the pad.




2. Install the hog rings to seat back cover to the pad.

IMPORTANT: Install the hog rings that retain the seat back cover to the pad in the locations noted during disassembly.




3. Install the seat back and pad to the seat back frame.
4. Connect the J-hook fasteners at the bottom corner of the seat back.
5. Install the armrests.
6. Install the bucket seat in the vehicle.
