Lock Actuator Replacement - Power Sliding Door

LOCK ACTUATOR REPLACEMENT - POWER SLIDING DOOR

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the sliding door inner trim panel.
2. Remove the sliding door water deflector.




3. Disconnect the powersliding door latch release actuator electrical connector.
4. Remove the powersliding door latch release actuator screws.
5. Remove the powersliding door latch release actuator.
6. Unhook the powersliding door latch release actuator rod from the powersliding door latch release actuator.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE




1. Install the powersliding door latch release actuator rod to the powersliding door latch release actuator.
2. Install the powersliding door latch release actuator to the powersliding door.
3. Install the powersliding door latch release actuator screws.

Tighten the screws to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

4. Install the sliding door water deflector.
5. Install the sliding door inner trim panel.
