Compartment Sill Plate Replacement - Rear

Tools Required

J 36796 Clip Zip Clip Removal Tool


Removal Procedure

1. Open the rear compartment.
2. Lower the endgate.




3. Using the J 36796 , pry the sill plate upward, beside each hold down clip.
4. Remove the sill plate from the vehicle.



Installation Procedure





1. Install the sill plate into the vehicle.
2. Apply pressure downward to fully seat the sill plate, at each clip.
3. Close the endgate.
4. Close the rear compartment.
