Bumper Replacement - Front Seat Back Cushion

BUMPER REPLACEMENT - FRONT SEAT BACK CUSHION

REMOVAL PROCEDURE
1. Remove the hinge pillar trim.




2. Using a flat-bladed plastic tool, gently pry the fastener covers (1) from the seat back bumpers.
3. Remove the seat back bumper nuts.
4. Remove the seat back bumper.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE
1. Install the seat back bumper on to the mounting studs.
2. Install the seat back bumper nuts.

NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Tighten the nuts to 10 N.m (88 lb in).




3. Install the seat back bumper covers (1) on to the seat back bumper.
