- A single asterisk (*) in the diagnostic chart indicates the Verification Test must be performed. Verification Tests
- A double asterisk (**) in the diagnostic chart indicates a connector must be checked, then cleaned or repaired as necessary.

RF Sensor Circuit Failure
WHEN MONITORED:
Ignition ON.
SET CONDITION:
The Controller Antilock Brake (CAB) monitors the wheel speed circuit continuity at all times. If the CAB detects an open or shorted Wheel Speed Sensor (WSS) circuit, the trouble code will set.
POSSIBLE CAUSES:
- Open or shorted wheel speed sensor
- Open or shorted wheel speed sensor circuit
- Excess corrosion of wheel speed circuit terminals and connectors
- Damaged wheel speed sensor harness
- Intermittent open or shorted WSS circuits
- Failed CAB
