Verification Test VER-2A - Body

1. Reconnect all previously disconnected components and connectors.
2. Was the body control module replaced?
- NO: Continue to step 3
- YES: Use the DRB and:

1. Enable the VTSS (if equipped)
2. Program other options as necessary.

NOTE: To enable auto headlamps, vehicle must be driven over 3 miles and BCM must see one key FOB transmission.

3. Ensure that the ignition is on, and with the DRB, erase all diagnostic trouble codes.
4. Turn ignition off and wait 5 seconds.
5. Turn ignition on and fully operate the system that was malfunctioning.
- If the system is operating properly, continue to step 6.
- If the system is not operating properly, repeat "SYMPTOM ID" TEST 1A. 1A Identifying Vehicle Equipment and System Problems
6. With the DRB, read body control module trouble codes.
- If no codes are present and customer's complaint cannot be duplicated, the repair is complete.
- If any codes are present, perform "SYMPTOM ID" TEST 1A. 1A Identifying Vehicle Equipment and System Problems
