TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test NO RESPONSE FROM CMTC

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- CCD Bus (+) wire open
- CCD Bus (-) wire open
- Fused ignition switch output circuit open
- CMTC Ground circuit open
- CMTC Communication failed
