AECM ACCELEROMETER (STORED)

TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test AECM ACCELEROMETER (ACTIVE).

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- AECM defective
- Accelerometer

REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
AECM DEFECTIVE, ACCELEROMETER

Replace the Airbag Control Module (ACM) in accordance with Service Instructions.

WARNING: Turn ignition OFF. Disconnect the battery and wait 2 minutes before proceeding.

Perform AIRBAG VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A
