SYMPTOM
AECM INTERNAL DIAGNOSTIC 3 (ACTIVE)

TEST NOTE
This symptom is diagnosed using the test AECM INTERNAL DIAGNOSTIC 1 (ACTIVE).

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- AECM defective
- Internal Diagnostic 1, 2 or 3

REPAIR INSTRUCTIONS
AECM DEFECTIVE, INTERNAL DIAGNOSTIC 1, 2 OR 3

Replace the Airbag Control Module (ACM) in accordance with Service Instructions.

WARNING: Turn ignition OFF. Disconnect the battery and wait 2 minutes before proceeding.

Perform AIRBAG VERIFICATION TEST VER-1A
