SYMPTOM
FRONT WIPER OPERATING CONSTANTLY W/SWITCH IN OFF POSITION

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Front wiper ON/OFF relay control circuit shorted to ground
- Defective wiper on relay/substitute relay
- Defective Multi-function switch/voltage
- HI/LO wiper relay HI speed output circuit shorted to voltage
- HI/LO wiper relay LO speed output circuit shorted to voltage
- Defective BCM/1OO ohms default
