SYMPTOM
P1281 - ENGINE IS COLD TOO LONG

WHEN MONITORED
Ignition key ON, engine not running. Ambient temperature greater than -11 °C (-11 °F) and coolant temperature greater than -7 °C (19 °F)

SET CONDITION
The engine does not warm to 79 °C (176 °F) while driving for 20 minutes after start.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Engine cold too long
