Vehicle Odometer Messages Missing (Active)

Test 1:

SYMPTOM
VEHICLE ODOMETER MESSAGE MISSING (ACTIVE)

WHEN MONITORED
Every 8 seconds with the ignition ON.

SET CONDITION
This DTC is set by the ATC when a vehicle odometer signal is expected and is not received in the maximum allowed time.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Attempt to communicate with the BCM
- Automatic temperature control module
