STANDARD PROCEDURE - AIRBAG INSPECTION

Driver Airbag
After a Driver Airbag has been deployed the following components must be replaced because they cannot be reused. Other driver airbag system components must be replaced if damaged.
- Driver Airbag.
- Driver Airbag Cover.
- Clock Spring assembly
- Steering Column Assembly w/Lower Steering Column Coupler.

Inspect all the attaching hardware and instrument panel for damage. If damage is evident, components must be replaced.

Passenger Airbag
After a Passenger Airbag has been deployed, replace the following components because they cannot be reused.
- Passenger Airbag.
- Passenger Airbag Cover

Inspect all the attaching hardware and instrument panel for damage If damage is evident, components must be replaced.
