SYMPTOM
PANEL DIMMER OPEN

WHEN MONITORED
When the Instrument Cluster detects voltage on the Headlamp Switch output circuit.

SET CONDITION
The Instrument Cluster detects Panel Dimmer resistance is greater than 30K ohms for 5 seconds.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- Intermittent condition
- Panel lamps dimmer signal circuit open
- Multi-function switch
- Multi-function switch ground circuit open
- Instrument cluster
