This symptom is diagnosed using the test BLUETOOTH ERROR.

WHEN MONITORED
With the ignition on.

SET CONDITION
The Hands Free Module detects a fault during an internal diagnostic check.

POSSIBLE CAUSES
- HFM internal DTC failure
