Glove Box Latch Replacement

LATCH-GLOVE BOX

REMOVAL




1. Open the glove box bin.
2. Remove the three screws (1) that secure the glove box latch (2) to the glove box door (3) and remove the latch.
3. If required, remove the glove box lock cylinder from the glove box latch.

INSTALLATION




1. If removed, install the glove box lock cylinder into the glove box latch.
2. Position the glove box latch (2) to the glove box door (3).
3. Install the three screws (1) that secure the glove box latch to the glove box door. Tighten the screws to 2 N.m (17 in. lbs.).
4. Close the glove box bin.
