Front Seat Cushion Cover
FRONT SEAT CUSHION COVERREMOVAL
COUPE
1. Remove seat from vehicle.
2. Remove front seat cushion.
3. Disengage J-strap (1) attaching seat cover from the seat cushion frame (2) and ensure wire harness free seat frame.
4. Remove seat cushion cover (1) to the hog rings.
5. Cut hog rings attaching seat cover to seat cushion pad.
6. Remove seat cushion cover (1) from seat cushion.
CONVERTIBLE
1. Remove seat from vehicle.
2. Remove front seat cushion.
3. Disengage J-strap (1) attaching seat cover from the seat cushion frame and ensure wire harness free seat pan.
4. Separate the seat cushion cover and foam from (1) the seat cushion pan.
5. Remove seat cushion cover back to the hog rings(1).
6. Cut hog rings attaching seat cover to seat cushion pad.
INSTALLATION
COUPE
1. Position seat cover on cushion.
2. Align seat cover with cushion alignment indentations.
3. Install hog rings.
4. Engage J-strap (1) attaching seat cover to front of seat cushion frame.
5. Install track and recliner assembly. Tighten front track to pan bolts to 12 N.m (9 ft. lbs.).
6. Install seat back.
7. Install front seat cushion side shields.
8. Install seat in vehicle.
CONVERTIBLE
1. Position seat cover to cushion and install hog rings (1).
2. Engage J-strap (1) attaching seat cover to front of seat cushion frame (2).
3. Install front seat cushion.
4. Install seat in vehicle.
