Seat Recliner / Fold Forward Mechanism - Third Row

SEAT RECLINER / FOLD FORWARD MECHANISM - THIRD ROW - STOW - N - GO

REMOVAL

1. Remove seat back assembly.
2. Remove the torsion rods. Two on 60% seat and 1 on the 40% seat.
3. Remove the crosstube bracket by removing the 4 screws.
4. Remove 4 nuts fastening the recliner to the seat cushion frame assembly.
5. Remove the cross talk tube connecting the recliners on 60% seat.

INSTALLATION

1. Connect the 60% recliner with the cross talk tube.
2. Attach the recliners to the seat cushion frame with 4 nuts. Tighten bolts to 50 N.m (37 ft.lbs.).
3. Hook the torsion rod to the recliners on one side. 2 on 60% seat, 1 on 40% seat.
4. Install cross tube bracket with 4 fasteners.
