Removal

REMOVAL




1. Remove the grille. Refer to Grille.

2. Remove the headlight assembly.

3. Remove the wheelhouse splash shield. Refer to Front Fender Liner.

4. Remove the cowl grille.

5. When servicing the right side fender, remove the battery tray (1) and air cleaner bolts (2) from the front end sheet metal (3).




6. When servicing the left side fender, remove the power distribution center bolts (1) from the front end sheet metal (2).




7. Remove the two bolts from the fender behind the wheel.




8. Remove the bolt from inside the wheel well.




9. Remove the bolts from the headlamp opening.




10. Using a trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, remove the trim and remove the bolt at the upper rear of the fender.




11. Remove the upper fender bolt support bolt to the hood hinge.




12. Remove the front end sheet metal mounting bolts.




13. Slide the fender off the front end sheet metal mounting support.
