Figure 1 EGR COOLER
1. Remove the engine cover.

2. Remove and position aside the pressurized coolant bottle.

3. Remove the EGR tube.

4. Remove the lower splash shield.

5. Drain the coolant.

6. Remove the starter.

7. Remove the EGR cooler coolant hoses.

8. Remove the EGR cooler.
