Installation

INSTALLATION





1. Position the front fender (3) to the vehicle.
2. Loosely install the three bolts (2) that secure the top of the front fender to the three spring nuts (1).
3. Starting at the center bolt, tighten the three bolts that secure the top of the front fender to the three spring nuts.
4. Install the nut (6) that secures the front of the front fender to the frame support bracket (7).
5. Install the bolt (5) that secures rear of the front fender to the side cowl panel.
6. Install the two bolts (4) that secure the bottom of the front fender to the lower rocker panel.
7. Install the three fender to fascia nuts Front Fascia - Installation.
8. If servicing the right front fender, install the antenna body and cable Antenna Body & Cable - Installation.
9. Install the front wheelhouse splash shield Front Wheelhouse Splash Shield - Installation.
10. If servicing the right front fender, install the right side rail splash shield Installation.
11. Lower the vehicle.
12. Check fender for flush and gap and adjust as necessary.
13. Install the headlamp housing Front Lamp Unit - Installation.
