1. WINDOW REGULATOR MODULE
With the scan tool, read DTCs.
Are there any Power Window System DTC's?

Yes

- Refer to the symptom list for problems relating to Power Windows.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test

No

- Go to 2

Diagnostic Test

2. WINDOW REGULATOR MODULE
Does the window drop or jerk during opening?

Yes

- Replace the Window Regulator Module Assembly.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test

No

- No problem found at this time. Try the Power Window several times and verify customers complaint.
- Perform BODY VERIFICATION TEST - VER 1. Body Verification Test
