Seat Back Hinge Cover - Removal

REMOVAL

NOTE: Right seat shown. Left seat similar.






NOTE: Inboard seat back hinge cover shown. Outboard cover similar.

1. If servicing the inboard seat back hinge cover (1), remove the recliner handle (3) by pulling it straight rearward and off the lever (2).
2. Using trim stick C-4755 or equivalent, disengage the retaining tabs that secure the bottom of each seat back hinge cover to the seat cushion side shield (4).
3. Pull the seat back hinge cover upward and away from the top of the seat back hinge and remove the cover.
