Seat Riser - Removal

REMOVAL

NOTE: On leather trimmed seats, the cushion cover can be removed from the cushion foam pad. On cloth trimmed seats, the cushion cover does not separate from the cushion foam pad.





1. Remove the seat from the vehicle and place it on a workbench Seat - Removal.
2. Remove the seat back frame Seat Back Frame - Removal.
3. Remove the seat cushion cover and foam Seat Cushion Cover - Removal.
4. Remove the elastic cushion support (1) from the seat cushion frame.





5. Remove the six nuts (2) that secure the seat cushion frame (1) to the seat riser (3) and remove the cushion frame from the riser.





6. Remove the nuts (2) that secure each seat track (1) to the riser and remove the seat tracks as required.
