Window Track: Service and Repair

Glass Guidance System:

REMOVAL
1. Remove trim panel and plastic air shield.
2. Remove glass.
3. Remove 2 clips and move wiring harness (if so equipped) so as not to obstruct large access hole.
4. Remove 3 glass track attaching screws and slide glass lift channel off of regulator arm.
5. Position regulator arm so that it does not obstruct large access hole and remove glass track, lift plate, and channel assembly.

INSTALLATION
1. Assemble lift plate and channel assembly onto glass track (include 1 felt lubrication ring).
2. Install assembly through large access hole.
3. Slide glass lift channel onto regulator arm.
4. Secure glass track into place (3 screws).
5. Reclip wiring harness into place (if so equipped).
6. Install and adjust the glass.
7. Install plastic air shield and trim panel.
